A Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiction court. The Court's authority covers only traffic violations, Town code violations and criminal cases up to Clas One misdemeanors committed within the Town limits of Cave Creek.
The Court does not handle small claims, landlord-tenant issues or divorce matters. The Justice Court which serves the Cave Creek jurisdiction is the Northeast Court Center located at 18380 North 40th St., Phoenix. Their telephone number is (602) 372-7000.
The Court accepts payments in the form of cash, money orders, Visa or Master Card. The Court does not accept personal checks. |
