Case Z-20-07 Red Hawk Development Corp – Rezone Request
REQUEST: A rezoning request to change the underlying zoning of a parcel totaling approximately 2.02 acres from a current zoning of Desert Rural Residential (DR-89) to a Commercial Buffer (CB) Zone. The vacant parcel, which is in the Carefree Highway Specific Area Plan (SAP), is located at the northeast corner of 50 St. and Carefree Highway (Assessor Parel Number: 211-47-040B).
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cave Creek Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via a video conferencing platform to consider Case No. Z-20-07.

Council approved first reading of Ordinance O2021-02 by a vote of 7 to 0 at the March 15th, 2021 Regular Council Meeting. Second reading is scheduled for April 5th, 2021.

At the April 5, 2021 Town Council meeting, Council boted 7 - 0 to give Second Reading to Ordinance O2021-02. The Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance for the subject parcel becomes effective on May 6, 2021.
