A public Hearing will be held before the Town of Cave Creek Planning Commission on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ with an option for remote participation via a video conferencing platform to the consider the above referenced case.

At the May 20, 2021 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission voted to Recommend Approval of the amendment by a vote of 6 - 0.

At the August 16, 2021 Town Council meeting, the Council gave 1st reading to Ordinance No. O2021-07 amending the Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.6 Table 7.1 Hillside Lot Disturbance Table and gave 2nd reading of the Ordinance at the September 20, 2021 Town Council Meeting.  

The Ordinance is effective October 20, 2021.
